- Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e-books), which can be downloaded and used immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and the product has been downloaded. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before making a purchase.
- Exceptions
We may consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Defective File: If the e-book file is corrupted or defective, preventing you from accessing the content, we will provide a replacement file. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same e-book, please contact us, and we will refund the duplicate purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading or accessing the product, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
